Apparently today is World Wetlands Day. A lot of my photos are taken in wetlands. I don’t remember the name of this bird. It’s quite small and was wrestling with a fish that seemed too large for it. Other birds were trying to steal it as well. The light was contrasty but this sighting was worth documenting. Click to enlarge for best view.
